JFCP AUSTRALIAN EQUITY TRUST

JF Capital Partners Ltd (JFCP) ABN 23 085 400 is the Trustee of the JFAET.

The Information Brochure (IB) of the JFAET provides information to potential or existing Unit Holders concerning the operation of the JFAET including the manner in which one may invest in the JFAET, how those investments are managed by the Trustee and the potential benefits and risks that attach to those investments. Investments in the JFAET are available only to Australian wholesale investors who meet the eligibility grounds set out in the IB.
 

Eligible Investors

The JFAET is designed for Australian wholesale investors with net assets of at least $10 million on the date it is proposed the investor will first invest in the JFAET.

Investment Manager

The JFAET inception date was 27th May 2005 and the Trustee has appointed JF Capital Partners Ltd ABN 23 085 400 540 (in its own capacity) as the Trust's Investment Manager.  The Investment Manager is responsible for the day to day supervision of the investment of the Trust's assets and the direction and application of the investment strategies according to which those assets are invested. The Investment Manager holds strategies according to which those assets are invested. The Investment Manager holds an Australian Financial Services Licence.

The minimum investment in the JFAET is $500,000 (an amount of less that $500,000 must be approved by the Trustee).
