JFCP EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY FUND

JF Capital Partners Ltd (JFCP) ABN 23 085 400 is the Trustee of the JFEMEF.

The Information Brochure (IB) of the JFEMEF provides information to potential or existing Unit Holders concerning the operation of the JFEMEF including the manner in which one may invest in the JFEMEF, how those investments are managed by the Trustee and the potential benefits and risks that attach to those investments. Investments in the JFEMEF are available only to wholesale investors who meet the eligibility grounds set out in the IB.
 
Eligible Investors

The JFEMEF is designed for wholesale investors with net assets of at least $10 million on the date it is proposed the investor will first invest in the JFEMEF.

Investment Strategy

The JFEMEF invests in global emerging markets.  The Investment Manager of the JFEMEF is JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited.
